Cleansing Techniques

Follow with various breathing exercises such as sectional breathing, full yogic breathing, and ACBT to enhance lung capacity and vitality. Techniques like 4-7-8 breathing, segmental breathing, and Bhastrika help further cleanse the respiratory system. Additional hand movements during breathing exercises add depth to the practice. Kapalbhati is practiced in five variations for a thorough detoxification process.

Pranayam

The session covers Nadi Shodhan to balance energy pathways and five other pranayamas, each incorporating breath retention and bandhas (energy locks) to deepen the practice and enhance mental clarity.
